The house rules

The short version

The club is free. Be honest about who you are, be generous in the room, and don't use the community as a harvesting ground. What you make stays yours. We can remove people who make the room worse.

What the club is

Non Tech Tech Club is a free, open community for non-technical founders learning to build with no-code and AI. There's no paid tier, no upsell waiting behind a curtain. These terms are an agreement between you and Non Tech Tech Club, and they apply whenever you use this site.

Your account

• Sign up with real, accurate details — the room runs on trust.
• One account per person, and keep your sign-in to yourself.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us if you think someone else has gotten into it.

How to treat the room

The community works because of how people behave in it. The guidelines are part of these terms: everyone started where you are, build in public and help in public, no posturing and no pitching. On top of that:

• No spam, harassment, or hate. Feedback is on the work, never the person.
• Don't scrape, export, or harvest members' profiles or contact details. The matching board exists so founders can find each other, not so you can build a lead list.
• Don't submit things you don't have the right to share, and don't misrepresent a company or event as yours when it isn't.
• Don't do anything unlawful or try to break, overload, or sneak past the security of the site.

What you share

Anything you submit — your matching card, a company on Built Here, an event, a photo or logo — stays yours. By submitting it you give us permission to host it and show it on the site, which is the entire reason you submitted it. If you delete it, that permission ends, apart from cached copies that take a little while to clear. You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

Our content

The guides, glossary, and everything else we publish is free to read and free to share — link to it, quote it, send it to a founder who needs it. What you can't do is scrape it wholesale and republish it as your own or sell access to it. The knowledge stays out in the open; that includes not fencing it off yourself.

Tools we point to

The Stack, Watch, and our guides mention third-party tools and link to other sites. We list them because they're useful, not because we're paid to — and we don't control them. Your use of any third-party tool is between you and that company, on their terms.

Not professional advice

Everything here is shared for learning. It isn't legal, financial, or professional advice, and building a company involves judgement calls no guide can make for you. Get proper advice for the decisions that need it.

The honest disclaimer

The club is run by people, for free, in the open — so the site is provided as-is, without warranties. We'll always act in good faith, but to the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages arising from your use of the site or anything built with what you learned here. Nothing in these terms removes rights the law says you always have.

Leaving, and being asked to leave

You can delete your account whenever you like — no exit interview. On our side, we can remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or make the room worse for everyone else. If we do, we'll tell you why unless the situation makes that genuinely unwise.

The legal details

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, where the club operates from. If we update the terms in a way that matters, we'll change the date at the top and say so in the community; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version. If one part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
